a mixed bag of experiences
variety food main restaurant many pools plentiful salads rude staff bar staff sticky floor warm wine
the hotel had many pools. my daughter learnt to swim there properly. the main restaurant also served great variety food. plentiful salads were present at the salad bars.
i founded the bar staffs quite rude. the wine was warm. the pool bar next to the slides stunk vomit. floor surrounding the pool bar was sticky.

fantastic hotel experience!
lavish greenery diverse cuisine excellent wi-fi spacious rooms
The hotel had lavish greenery with flowers. the open spaces were very well-kept. the food was abundant with variety. There was something to eat at any time from 7 am to 2 am. the wi-fi was excellent. It was fast and present all over the whole complex.
the pillows were a bit uncomfortable, yet the room was great. i just would have preferred softer pillows.

the terrace restaurant offered well-stocked buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with diverse cuisine options. thematic dinners included italian, international, mediterranean, seafood, turkish, and mexican themes . the cafe served great cappuccino with snacks.

the complex featured pools and an aquapark. aqua gymnastics occurred daily. slides were open at designated times. the fitness center was spacious and well-equipped. many opportunities existed for outdoor sports, including tennis and beach volleyball.

The hotel is close to the sea. There were always sun loungers and beach towels available. the grounds had greenery, pools, coffee corners, attractions for children, and tennis courts. it was like a little town.

Wonderful stay with excellent service
outdoor area cuisine offer fast wi-fi
The hotel complex is large with many plants and flowers in the outdoor areas. There are many options for food from 7 AM to 2 AM. The Terrace restaurant buffets had a variety of cuisine. The Wi-Fi was fast and present throughout the complex.
Pillows in the room were uncomfortable. I believe different pillow options could greatly improve the sleep experience.

Elena was helpful to us, providing assistance with car transfers. Staff members were very friendly and tried to provide the best service. I will gladly recommend this hotel to other guests.

Our room was spacious and clean, despite it being a Standard Villa Double Room. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the daily housekeeping. I found the space to be well-kept and well-equipped.
